Yes! The Tricatatops is stuffed with 100% polyester fiber and includes a tag with proper care and washing instructions.

Is the Tricatatops child safe?
Yes! The Cork is safe for children ages 3 and up. According to our manufacturer, Squishable, “We test to current ASTM and CPSIA standards and provide Children’s Product Certificates in accordance with U.S. law. Our product also undergoes quality control inspections before shipping from the factory.”

Can I get more than one Tricatatops?
We have multiple tiers available including the Tricatatops Cuddler (which comes with 1 Tricatatops), Tricatatops Twin (which comes with 2 Tricatatops), and The Clowder Crowd (which comes with 5 Tricatatops). We hope one of these tiers will fit your needs! With Kickstarter, you can’t change the reward quantity per tier - so if you pick the Tricatatops Cuddler you can’t change the quantity of Tricatatops from 1 to 4. Unfortunately, this is just the way Kickstarter is set up.

When will I receive my Tricatatops if the project is fully funded?
If the Tricatatops Kickstarter is fully funded, once we receive the final funds from Kickstarter, we’ll place the order through Squishable. Their production time is 4-6 months and once the Tricatatops arrive at Mashables HQ, shipping should take another month or so. We’ll be sure to keep Backers updated throughout the entire process and will do our best to get the Tricatatops into your loving arms as soon as possible!

Does my pledge include shipping?
No. Shipping and package tracking will be handled through Backerkit if the project is fully funded. You will receive an update and will be charged shipping separately before the Cork ships to you. We will be sure to keep you updated on this process!

How do I change my reward selection?
To change your reward selection, visit the Tricatatops Kickstarter page and click the “Manage your pledge” blue button that appears next to your pledge amount.
On the next page, select “Change your pledge” and then change your selection. You can only select a single pledge level at a time.

When will I be charged?
If the Tricatatops Kickstarter reaches its funding goal, you will be charged when the campaign ends for the tier/amount you pledged on that day. After we receive the inventory from our manufacturer, we will use the Kickstarter-verified tool Backerkit to fulfill shipping and you will be charged shipping separately (this will happen closer to the expected shipping date, likely around November).

How exactly does Kickstarter work?
Officially, Kickstarter is a platform that allows creative projects to receive funding. Another way to think of it is kinda like a preorder. Kinda. Right now, our small business isn’t able to pay the factory costs upfront. So with Kickstarter, wonderful people like you can support and pledge money to help us raise those funds. Why is the Tricatatops Kickstarter so different from the Cork?
The biggest difference between the Kickstarters is the reward pricing. The Tricatatops has been priced higher than the Cork for a number of reasons; for one, gestures at the entire world, but mostly because it is bigger than the Cork and includes more details and different types of materials.
We also expanded the Stretch Goals for this Kickstarter as a way for Backers to get more goodies the more successful the campaign becomes!

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
